History and Mission Statement

Established in 1999 with a few units of condominiums in a location that is the heart of business establishments in the historical city of Malacca. Due to overwhelming demand for apartment rentals, the number of condominiums increased to 64 units comprising of Studio, 2-Room, 3-Room and 4-Room apartments. Now with the demand for higher quality apartments increasing, we are upgrading our rooms so it will be comfortable and pleasing to the eyes. At Casa Lago, we believe that families on a holiday together will enjoy staying together in a single spacious apartment rather then different separate room's offered by most other accommodation providers.

Coupled with the fact that we are located in Melaka Raya, a rich business district (with Entertainment, Food and Beverages, Shopping Complexes, and Specialty Stores to name a few) close to the apartments, and the condominiums are beach front property overlooking the Straights of Malacca, we believe that a comfortable stay with your family on your holiday will be pleasant and memorable.

Proximity

Within a 5km radius of Casa Lago Holiday Apartments there are multitudes of places to see and visit for your holiday activities. Among the most visited tourist attractions are the Porto De Santiago (A' Famosa), St. John's Hill (Bukit Senjuang), The Stadhuys, The Malacca Cultural Museum, and the Malaysian Independence Memorial.
Other places of interest include the Melaka Maritime Museum, the Portuguese Square, and the Hang Li Poh Well.

If Shopping is what you are after, amongst the 2 biggest and most famous Shopping Complexes in Malacca are within a walking distance from our apartments, Mahkota Parade, and the newest complex in Malacca, Dataran Pahlawan, named after Padang Pahlawan, previously a famous tourist spot for having a ride on Malaysia's traditional transport, the Kereta Lembu(Ox Cart).
